About Our Bereavement Support Program

Our Hand Along the Way Programs are a place for you to share your grief with others who understand and have experienced grief. This self-help Bereavement Support Program is designed with your needs in mind. By listening to each other, under the guidance of volunteer facilitators, you have a space to share your grief and give and receive support.  

Our Bereavement groups are held in Beamsville, Vineland and Smithville. Please call our office or contact us through the “Register Here” button to the left to leave a message and we will let you know about current dates, times and locations.

If you are unable to attend our sessions, the "What's Your Grief" website link to the left on this page is an excellent resource for those who are grieving. By clicking the button, you will automatically be directed to their website.
